Question: Am I allowed to have candles or space heaters in my cubicle?
Answer: No. According to building policy and the City of Irving Fire Regulations, all candles and space heaters are forbidden.

Question: Can I leave my car in the parking garage overnight?
Answer: Yes, you can if you notify Security in advance AND fill out an "Overnight Parking" form with your information. Long-term parking is not allowed in the parking garage. Overnight parking for vehicles is located on the 6th level of the parking garage on the west side.

Question: Can I park my vehicle in Visitor Parking?
Answer: For the convenience of all of our customers in the building, we request that all customer parking use the open parking in the garage and reserve the Visitor Parking for our customer's visitors.

Question: What movie tickets/pricing are offered from the Customer Center?
Answer: Visit our Concierge page to see ticket availability and prices.
